Because all items ordered on our platform are custom-made to your exact specifications and brand designs, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns and cancellations. Please review our terms below before finalizing your order.

1. Custom Printed Products Policy

All products sold on our website (including but not limited to Name Cards, Flyers, Brochures, and corporate marketing materials) are personalized and manufactured according to the artwork and options selected by the customer.

No Change of Mind: Once an order enters production status, we cannot offer any refunds, order modifications, or returns for a change of mind or accidental orders.

Customer Artwork Errors: dotprint.my is not liable for structural design mistakes, low-resolution imagery, formatting errors, or text typos present in the user-submitted artwork file. We strongly encourage utilizing our support guidance to verify your bleed lines and resolution details before submitting.

2. Eligibility for Free Reprints or Refunds

We take great pride in our quality control, but if a mistake occurs on our end, we are here to make it right. You are eligible to request a full reprint or a product refund if:

The physical product contains a major manufacturer printing defect (e.g., severe ink smudging, incorrect paper stock used, or critical misaligned trimming).

The products delivered do not match the item specifications or dimensions confirmed in your final invoice.

The order was damaged in transit during delivery by our authorized courier services.

3. How to Submit a Claim

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, please notify our customer support team within seven (7) working days of receiving your package:

  2. Include your details: Provide your Order ID, full name, and phone number.

  3. Attach evidence: Send clear, high-resolution photographs or a brief video highlighting the defect across a sample batch of the delivered items.

Our production team will review your claim within 2–3 working days. If the error is verified as a production fault on our part, we will initiate a priority reprint and ship the replacement batch to you completely free of charge.

4. Refund Processing (If Applicable)

In rare cases where a reprint cannot fulfill your requirements and a monetary refund is mutually agreed upon by our management team:

The refund will be credited back through your original payment gateway method (e.g., FPX online banking, credit card, or e-wallet).

Processing times typically take 5 to 14 working days, depending on the rules of your local issuing bank or financial institution.

5. Legal Ownership

This Return and Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Malaysia and forms part of the standard trading terms of Blue Sakura Network (Company Registration No: 202503215525 (003760961-H).
