By visiting our site and/or purchasing custom printing products from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).

Our platform is designed to provide seamless self-service printing options backed by our expert administrative support team.

Content Restrictions: You are solely responsible for the artwork, graphics, and text you upload to dotprint.my. You agree not to upload any content that is defamatory, offensive, unlawful, or infringes upon third-party intellectual property or copyrights.

We reserve the right to refuse service or reject any print job that violates our content restrictions or local laws in Malaysia.

3. Specifications and Print Accuracy

Because custom printing involves technical production processes, by placing an order you acknowledge and accept the following industry standard tolerances:

Color Variances: Screen displays use RGB formatting, whereas commercial printing equipment uses CMYK inks. Slight color variations between what you see on your digital screen and the final printed material are normal and do not constitute a print defect.

Cutting/Trimming Alignment: A shifting tolerance of up to 1.5mm may occur during mechanical automated trimming. Customers are highly encouraged to follow our design safety guidelines regarding "bleed lines" and "safe zones."

4. Pricing and Modifications to the Service

Prices for our printing services (including Name Cards, Flyers, and finishing upgrades) are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
